Vacation Rental Description

This Beautiful condo just opened summer of '07 and is located on the 
beach with an awesome view of the gulf. Holiday Isle is so close to 
the beach you can almost hear conversations on the beach. The parking 
deck allows you to drive up to the door-- it is great for those who 
do not like to walk--in hot or rainy weather.Our unit is located on 
the second floor, several doors down from the workout room and 
hospitality room. From these two rooms you can look down to the 
outdoor pool and indoor pool.No traffic,no red lights and no large 
crowds! Large fishing pier next door for great fishing.
The condo has two bedrooms and two baths. It has a king bed in the 
master bedroom and twin beds in the other.  There is a queen sleeper 
sofa that sleeps two people.The condo sleeps six comfortably. Free 
DSL Internet and via wireless router. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Whirpool 
appliances and 
granite countertops in the kitchen and baths. It has ceramic tile 
throughout and carpet in the bedrooms.  The master bath has a jetted 
tub and a seperate shower.There is a walk in pantry with a full 
washer and dryer.  The balcony offers stunning views of the 
gulf.

Security Deposit  $200 will be returned one week after departure if 
there are no damages.
Cleaning and linen fee $100
It is very important to request the rental dates at least 15 days in 
advance to get these lower prices. Transaction of funds takes ten 
days to process.

Optional: If you would like to pay at the facility, it will cost 
approximately $200 more than what is stated here.  The facility 
charges a processing fee and additional fees.
