from the beautiful beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg.

Sit in your livingroom and watch the family play in the private pool
area, or just relax with a quiet martini and enjoy the views while
watching the sun go down. Pool is screened and heated.

This beautiful home is furnished and equipped to the highest
standard. The family room is equipped with cable TV. The house is
fully equipped with all electrical appliances and all towels and
linens are provided. Fully air conditioned, with great rooms w/
volume ceiling and new carpeting, ceiling fans, walk in closets,
Smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and emergency lights are all there.
kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, over-the-stove microwave,
ice-maker refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster all cutlery/crockery,
pots & pans and other kitchen gadgets.

Master bedroom & livingroom area have sliders leading to covered &
screened pool.

The bedding arrangements are as follows:
* Bedroom one has a king size bed with bathroom and separate shower.
* Bedroom two has 2 twin beds.
* Bedroom three has 2 twin beds and is Disney themed.
* Bedroom four has a full size bed.

House is fully equipped - all linens and towels. Full kitchen
appliances, wahser/dryer etc.
