Fabulous vacation home located 1 mile from Desert Ridge Mall. 
The grounds are beautifully maintained by the HOA. Perfect for walking the dogs or for children to 
play.  Sonoran desert landscaping, beautiful trees and shrubbery. HOA is very good and clean. Very 
safe!
It has a large private backyard and patio that is tiled and gated. Big enough for a BBQ, picnic 
table and a small fire pit to cook smores or have friends over to BBQ hamburgers and hotdogs!  All 
new appliances with washer 
and dryer, Refrigerator with water purifier and ice maker. Microwave and oven, complete with 
dishwasher and all kitchen necessities provided!
