Beautiful villa in exclusive golfing community. in Hudson

The fully air conditioned property is situated on the championship golf course known locally as the Links at the
extremely well maintained Estates at Hudson. The private heated, screened pool overlooks a beautifully
landscaped water catchment area which captures the sun for most of the day. There is a dining table and chairs
and sun loungers on the large private patio area which provides plenty of shade durng the day. There is also a
ceiling fan.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en suite with a large shower and a walk in wardrobe. The
second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have either a
closet or fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom has bath with an overhead shower and vanity unit.
The lounge area overlooks the pool and has three large sofas and a 48 inch large flat screened television, a
DVD player and a music system. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for six people and overlooks the
pool and the water catchment area. All rooms have ceiling fans to accompany the air conditioning. The house
has a professional management company to assist with any problems or queries you have during your stay.

There are plenty of nearby golf courses and beaches including Clearwater beach and Pine Island. There are
local fishing trips, boat hire and water sports. The private clubhouse on the Estates has tennis courts, a large
swimming pool. a small gym, a driving range and shuffleboard.
Disney is about 90 minutes drive away and Busch Gardens only half an hours drive. Tampa airport is 45 minutes
drive and Orlando about 2 hours.
There is abundant nearby shopping, the nearest mall is 10 minutes drive and has all the popular shops such as
Macey's and Dillards. There are other numerous local shops and restaurants for you to visit.
