Beautiful pool villa in exclusive golfing community. in Hudson

The fully airconditioned property on the Links  golf course overlooks a  beautiful landscaped  area and has a serviced swimming pool (heated on request ). There is a pleasant lanai with a dining table, chairs and a barberque. Nearby Hudson beach has a few restaurants and bars with live music some nights and afternoons. The clubhouse has a driving range and small bar open to the public. The nearest mall is 10 minutes drive away along with the cinema, bowling and plenty of restaurants. Clearwater beach, Tampa and the airport is 45mins drive away. There are a few more local beaches, plenty of golf courses and shopping malls to discover at your leisure.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en suite with a large shower and a walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have either a closet or fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom has bath with an overhead shower and vanity unit.
The lounge area overlooks the pool and has two large sofas and a 42 inch large flat screened television, a DVD player and a music system. There are plenty of nearby golf courses and beaches including Clearwater beach and Pine Island. There are local fishing trips, boat hire and water sports nearby.
Disney and other Orlando attractions are about 90 minutes drive away and Busch Gardens only half an hours drive. There is a superb water park in Tampa.  Orlando airport is  about 2 hours drive.
There is abundant nearby shopping, the nearest mall is 10 minutes drive and has all the popular shops such as Macey's and Dillards. There are other numerous local shops and restaurants for you to visit. Weeki Watchi wildlife park and Homassa springs are only about 30-40 mins drive north.
