Our luxury Cartagena apartment is in the newest building located in the touristic area of El laguito,
half a block away from the Hilton Cartagena hotel.

Mirador del laguito is 15 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes away from the historical old city
and walking distance to the beach and bocagrande. The building has 24-hour security with a doorman.
Our apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. We have two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen size
bed, master bath and balcony over looking the ocean and Tierra Bomba Island. The second bedroom has
two twin size beds. In addition there is one twin size sofabed in the living room. We also have an
air mattress for a 6th person at an additional cost.

Our vacation apartment can also be rented as a 1 bedroom apartment to accommodate smaller groups. In
this case the second bedroom and one bathroom will be locked to reduce the rental cost.
You can also request to have the second bathroom available for you to use.

There is a balcony off the master bedroom and living room where you can enjoy the view of the ocean
and the excitement of El Laguito. The apartment comes with AC units and ceiling fans in all the
rooms, hot water, cable TV, DVD player, stereo with AM/FM tuner CD/MP3 player with Ipod and USB
docking stations. There is also a safe in the apartment for you to use. The apartment comes with a
fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home; full size refrigerator, microwave oven,
coffeemaker, gas stove, dishes and utensils are all included.

You will also have all the convenience at your footsteps: taxies, restaurants, nightclubs, ATM,
casinos and much more. El laguito has all the convenience you need and only a few steps away.
Catching a taxi in front of the building is only seconds away. For $4,000 pesos (around $2.00 us) a
taxi will take you almost anywhere you want to go. There is no need to rent a car.

Nuestro apartamento esta en el edificio mirador del laguito, el edificio mas reciente localizado en
una de las áreas mas prestigiosas en cartagena a medio bloque del hotel hilton. mirador del laguito
esta a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, 10 minutos de la histórica ciudad antigua y a corta distancia de
la playa y bocagrande. para su conveniencia encontrara restaurantes, bares, casinos, café internet,
cajero automático y toda clase de almacenes a corta distancia del apartamento.

Este apartamento en cartagena tiene un diseño contemporáneo y acabados de lujo con capacidad para
hasta 5 personas. consta de dos alcobas confortables, la principal con una cama doble y la segunda
alcoba con dos camas sencillas. la sala cuenta con un sofacama sencillo. la alcoba principal y la
sala-comedor tienen acceso directo a la terraza donde puede disfrutar de una fantástica vista al mar
y la alegría de la calle.
el apartamento de cartagena esta dotado con todas las comodidades como aires acondicionados en las
alcobas y en la sala-comedor, tv cable, agua caliente y sistema de citofonía. la cocina esta
totalmente equipada con una nevera de tamaño familiar, microondas, cafetera, estufa, horno. todos los
utensilios necesarios están incluidos.

El edificio cuenta con un portero de seguridad las 24 horas del día y dispone de parqueadero gratis.
en el tercer piso esta la piscina con una vista excelente al laguito. también encontrará el jacuzzi,
gimnasio, baño turco, sauna y el área social con bbq y cocina para que disfrute de sus fiestas y
eventos. para su conveniencia el edificio también dispone de lavandería a su servicio.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:

PAYMENT OPTION 1:
Deposit 50% into our STARFERRER,LLC business Citibank account in the U.S. and pay the balance at the
time of arrival.

PAYMENT OPTION 2:
Credit Cards thru PayPal.
Note: There is an additional 3% charge if using PayPal.

PAYMENT OPTION 3:
You can arrange to pay the deposit in COL pesos to our Administrator in Cartagena and the balance at
the time of arrival.

RESERVATION POLICY:
50% would be needed to hold the reservation and the balance would need to be made and clear
two week prior to arrival If using checks. If you prefer, you can pay the full amount at once or use
payment option 1

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A $100 security deposit will be required to be paid to the administrator at the time of
arrival. Providing nothing is broken or missing the security deposit will be returned to you at the
time of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Two weeks or more prior to arrival full-refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellation less than 2
weeks prior to arrival no refund unless we can re-book the apt. for the same dates in which a full
refund less $100 administration fee will be subtracted. All cancellations must be via email and
verified.

TAXES AND FEES:
Unlike the hotels, there are no taxes or standard fees with renting our apartment, however if using
PayPal there is an additional 3% charge from PayPal.
There is no charge for directly depositing payment into our Starferrer,LLC business Citibank account.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
On the 3rd floor of the building is the swimming pool, kitchen, bathrooms, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna and
Steam room.

On the 2nd floor there is a laundry/valet service where you can have your cloths cleaned for $5,000
to $7,000 pesos per load including wash and dry, around (3 dollars). (Rates subject to change
without notice)

STUDENT / UNIVERSITY / GROUP TRIPS:
We can also book larger groups and university trips depending on availability of apartments. Please
call several months in advance.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
We can arrange for the apt to be cleaned and the sheets and towels changed as often as you wish, for
an additional $15 each visit.

Traveling overseas is always a concern. Staying at this condo put me at great ease. The onsite
management and security were awesome. Accommodations were a 10 on 10. The proximity to all the fine
places to go was excellent. Taxis are always parked in front of the building waiting for you not that
you need them. Restaurants and bakeries within a stones throw of the building. Casinos within walking
distance. Leaving was a snap. Airport was only 10 minutes away. Think the cab ride was $5 us. I
highly recommend these accommodations to anyone that wants to sample the wonderful people, food and
Beauty of Cartagena.

fully equipped with the essential small appliances and kitchenware. And, it was spotless with
beautiful ceramic floors. The building's excellent pool and exercise facilities were also a big plus.
