Vacation Rental Description

Located in the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. Penthouse with 
spectacular view to the beach/ocean and also located right in front of 
the beach. This lovely penthouse is in the colorful town of Vega Baja 
at "Chalets de la Playa" chalets complex. Its name is in honor of its 
beautiful beach located right in front. This walk-up apartment, with a 
resort style living offers the best entertainment possibilities. 
Located near other beaches and numerous tourist attractions like 
historic   old San Juan, Arecibo Lighthouse, Camuy Caves among others. 
Also, is located near shopping outlets and restaurants. A reasonable 
distances from the major airport, Luis Muñoz Marin.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This penthouse is beautifully decorate, creating the perfect resort  
atmosphere for your vacations. It also has three spacious floors. 
Likewise, it can accommodate up to eight persons within the three 
beautiful decorate bedrooms :       
 
1. Master bedroom with  two adjustable twin beds and a  full Bathroom. 
 Great mirror closet and air conditioner. This room is located in the 
Second level 
2.Two additional bedrooms with full beds that integrates a additional 
twin bed under the full bed furniture , and also, air conditioner in 
both . Each room With full mirror closet.    
 
Near the two additional bedroom is full bathroom.The two Bedrooms are 
in the second level as well. Also, in the second  level is a fully 
stocked linen closet: Six full size sheet sets and  10 twin size sheet 
sets 
 
 In the first level  of the penthouse is located the  living room , 
dining room, kitchen and a balcony. The dining room has a table that 
can accommodate up to six  persons (convertible to 8 person upon 
request.) The living room has a 27 inches TV with cable and DVD player.  
*The Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with ice maker, 
stove/conventional oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Cooking 
utensils include. Assorted dinner plates and cups. 
  
*For washing cloth- full size washer and dryer. 
 
*Iron with ironing board. 
 
*Half bathroom ** Balcony  with ocean view.  
 
In the third level ** beautiful terrace with a super view of the ocean  
ideal place for having the coffee in the morning and seeing the sun go 
out or in the afternoon sunset. It has a full size charcoal BBQ , 
Table and chairs. This terrace is ideal sun deck and has a half bathroom.

Activities and Attractions

*On the complex of Chalets de la Playa there are two resort style 
pool, a Jacuzzi and Kiddie pool, two tennis court, basketball court, 
beach volleyball court. 
 
*During the night until 10 pm is illuminated. Facilities closes a 10 p.m. 
 
*There is a fabulous  equipped  gym.  Children playground  throught 
the area. 
 
*Jogging or walking trail with illumination. And the spectacular  beach. 
  
*Two parking spaces and 24 hour security guard. Gated community with c 
controlled access. 
 
*Complementary  initial toiletry  supplies body soap  ,shampoo and 
toiled paper are included.     
 
*No pets allowed

*Need to be older than 21 year old.  Minor under 21 year old should be 
accompanied  by  parent  or  a adult guardian.

Vacation Rental Rates

*********SPECIAL OFFER**** $1,200.00 FOR 7 DAYS UP FOR 6 GUESTS**** 
 
Rate for seven nights and a maximum of six people is $ 1,400.00 an  
additional $100.00 for Holidays Stays  (ie,Thanksgiving,Christmas , 
New Years Eve, Easter etc). For any additional person it will be 
charge at $35.00/ night/person extra (maximum of 2 additional person) 
  
 
Minimum two nights stays:            
$250.00 per night for a maximum of six people . For a additional 
person  it will be charge $35.00night/person extra. An additional 
$75.00 for Holidays Stays ie Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year Eve, 
Easter ect. ) 
 
Note: Until  confirmed , rates are subject to change without notice.    
 
Deposits:  
Refundable $375.00 damage deposit.   And   1/3 of total stay charge 
require to hold reservation. The total amount due will be paid at 
check-in date. The $375.00 will be reimbursed at check-out , after a 
revision of the apartment is completed and deemed satisfactory.       
       
 
Methods of payments: 
 If its by mail, it will be by money order or certified check. The 
amount paid in the check-In date can be cash, money order or certified 
check.
