Vacation Rental Description

Step back in time as you enter this charming 750 sq. ft. studio 
apartment with private entrance located at a home on 3 acres in a 
quiet subdivision just 3-1/2 miles off I-26.  The  1950’s & 1960’s 
greet you as you open the door into this charming unit complete with 
soda fountain décor and fully equipped kitchenette.  In addition to 
the sleeping area, the couch in the comfortable sitting area opens to 
queen-size bed.  Play darts or air hockey while you listen to those 
songs from a fun place in time.  Relax on the private patio area 
bordered by beautiful Rhododendrons and Mountain Laurel and enjoy the 
sounds of nature or cook steaks on the BBQ grill.  

Happy Days is located approximately 5 miles from downtown 
Hendersonville, 11 miles from the Asheville airport and 24 miles from 
Asheville.

Historic Hendersonville has many activities, including the NC Apple 
Festival (Labor Day weekend), Garden Jubilee (Memorial Day weekend), 
Music on Main Street and art shows at specific times throughout the 
year.  Main Street is full of coffee houses and delicious 
restaurants, as well as antique and craft shopping.

Flat Rock Playhouse, Carl Sandberg Home, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore 
House & Gardens, Chimney Rock Park, Lake Lure, DuPont State Forest 
(80 miles of trails for hiking, biking or equestrian activities), NC 
Arboretum, Sliding Rock (Pisgah Forest National Forest), Linville 
Caverns, waterfalls, Historic Flat Rock & the Flat Rock Playhouse, 
Folk Art Center, newly opened 12 screen cinema.  Easy day trips to 
Harrah’s Casino and the Cherokee Indian Reservation (75 minutes).
