Reminiscent of the Queen Anne era, the Reames House offers a royal touch, though the residence turned bed and breakfast reveals the character of original owner Thomas Reames. Once a Jackson County Sheriff, Reames became a wealthy banker who poured much of his earnings into the palatial California
Street mansion with a separate carriage house. Today, the integrity of the home remains intact, though the bed-and-breakfast inn features upgraded furnishings in the spacious common area and four guest rooms (the carriage house is available as a separate rental). Beautiful original art,luxurious

Visitors can unwind and revive in comfortable surroundings, with feather duvets and a secluded patio that offer glimpses of deer descending from the hills. The Reames House rents for $600.00 per night plus tax with a two night minimum. If you rent for seven nights, the seventh night is free.
