Located on a private road with mid mountain views, quaint 2 bedroom 
1 bath, totally furnished, fireplace, covered porch, eat-in kitchen, 
central heat and air.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private road no thru traffic, near downtown Andrews and Murphy.

Activities and Attractions

Near whitewater rafting, hiking, fishing, antique shops, ATV trails, 
horseback riding.  Only 2 hours drive to Atlanta, Ga, Ashville, NC, 
1 hour to Bryson City, NC, Cherokee, NC, 1.5 hours to Maggie Valley, 
NC and Gatlinburg, TN.  Just about anything you want to do is just a 
short drive away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Season May 1st thru August 31st  $300 per week
Fall/Winter Season  September 1st thru December 31st  $500 per week
Spring Season  January 1st through April 30th    $400 per week

Daily rates available with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Summer Season daily rate   $50.00 per night
Fall/Winter Season daily rate    $80.00 per night
Spring Season   $$65.00 per night

A Security/Cleaning fee is required $150.00

All monies are due and payable in advanced.  If paying by check, 
please allow 7 to 10 days for processing.  Money Orders or Cashier's 
Check is perferred.

Check in is after 2:00 PM.  
Check out is prior to 11:00 AM
