Stone's toss from Ocean Sonoran Sun Resort Special Rate! in Puerto Penasco

Sonoran Resorts are the ones that started this mad dash for Rocky
Point, Mexico. They currently have three resort destinations on
Sandy Beach (soon to be four). They know what they're doing as a
result.

We've got properties at other condominium resorts in Rocky Point,
but this location at Sonoran Sun beats them all. You can't get any
closer to the ocean water. Toss a rock out the patio towards the
ocean, and you're going to hit the water (not recommended though).

Great restaurant on premises, exercise room, lobby, lots of
fountains, swim-up pool bar to enjoy your favorite fruity
refreshment or meal, two spas to enjoy, (one is adults only), very
kid friendly, and most of all the management allows you to relax!
Security on the beach side and the parking side to ease any concerns
of being in another country, and most of all the management allows
you to relax! Why do I repeat this you ask? We have other condos in
more expensive settings and the rules are so controlling that it
sometimes can cause tension. The beauty of this condo you will see
for yourself if you'll just take the time.

It was decorated with lots of love. Inside you'll find both king-
size beds that are comfortable, because the mattresses were
purchased new through Four Season's Resort (we have a connection),
faux painted throughout, 50 inch big screen TV in living room with
DVD, VCR players for TVs in both bedrooms and living room. We
traveled to a small town near Mazatlan Mexico called Messias to
where the furniture is being made by hand in their homes. Both
bedroom sets were made there and the cedar smell of the finely
crafted furniture is easy to pick up.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and
pans needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner complete! (We know because
that's what we did last year). All the appliances work well
(including the blender). Granite counter tops are throughout the
kitchen and bathrooms and showers.

Auto dishwasher, washer, dryer, 50 inch tv in living room with
DVD,VCR player, Tvs in both bedrooms with DVD,VCR players. Exercise
facility, restaurant on premises, and all the kitchen items needed
for a home to be complete whether baking a cake from scratch to
using a crock pot to heat and cook with. (the blender works well
too!)
