parking. The home has a pool with waterfall and a spa at the top of
the waterfall, covered patio area with grill and outdoor table and
chairs with shade trees, bushes and a real grass area.

The home is uniquely decorated with an Italian theme with many items
imported from Italy with great detail and use of color. The kitchen
has granite counters, new stainless steel appliances and a large
walk in pantry. The floors are marble, tile and real wood creating a
warm and unique living space, ceiling fans of wood and metal are in
most of the rooms which add both light and air to cool and relax
with. The upstairs loft has two desks, a computer and fax with high
speed internet and book case wall area.

The four bedrooms are located one on the main floor next to the full
bath and three upstairs including the Master bath with spa tub and
shower with raised bowl sinks, travertine floors, glass shower and a
walk in closet. The balcony off the Master Bedroom has a view of the
night lights of Las Vegas overlooking the lighted pool with the
sound of the waterfall creating an atmosphere of both sound and
sight to relax in.

It’s located in a non-gated community in Henderson, NV off Arroyo
Grande between West Warm Springs and Wigwam. It’s about a 15 minute
drive to the Strip, about 5 minutes drive to the Green Valley Ranch
casino and spa and the home is within walking distance to the Arroyo
Grande Sports Park where a lot of sports teams throughout the LV
Metro Area play with baseball, soccer, swimming and other
recreational activities.
