Beautifully appointed 2500 sq. ft. beach house with great floor  
plan.  Two bedrooms and one bath on each side of the house with a  
very spacious kitchen/great room in the center.  Perfect for family  
vacations.  Every room has a water view with private balconies. 
 
Public access and walkover approximately 100 feet away. Swim and  
surf on the white sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Navarre  
Beach is one of the most private destinations along the Emerald  
Coast of Florida.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Widescreen LCD TV in great room.Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.   
DVD, stereo/CD player, cable, phone,  
ice maker, bar area, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.   
Kitchen is fully equipped. All linens and towels also included.

Activities and Attractions

Walking and bike path, swimming, fishing, scuba/snorkeling,surfing,  
and windsurfing.  Shopping, restaurants, boat, jet ski,kayak and  
bike rentals close by.

January, February        $900  week 
March, April            $1200  week 
May thru August         $1400  week 
September thru December $1050  week 
 
Will consider 4 night minimum stay for $215/day 
 
Additional cleaning fee:  $150
