The house has only one floor, for your comfort. There is a terrace
at the front and around the swimming pool and there’s also a little
hut, so you can enjoy the sunset, beautiful views of the ocean and
you can also get a tan. You can bath in the sea safely, for the
seafloor is shallow and the waves are small and clean.

There’s public transportation every 20 minutes to and from
Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida, and Telchac. The house has 4 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a minibar, a
swimming pool, a hut, and it is totally furnished and equipped. In
each bedroom there are twin size beds and hammocks, in 3 bedrooms it
has a/c, satelite tv and wireless internet.

In Chicxulub and in Progreso you can find post offices, banks with
ATM’S, hospitals, drugstores, parks, a market, clothing stores,
Laundromats, handcrafts, cyber centers and excellent restaurants of
seafood along the seaside walk in front of the sea.
