This is a lovely little one bedroom unit that is nicely updated. It
has tile throughout. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV. The
living room has a sofa and loveseat. The sofa is a queen size
sleeper. There is another TV in the living room along with a VCR.
The kitchen is updated with newer cabinets and newer appliances. It
is fully stocked. There is an enclosed patio which has a patio set
to enjoy your meals there. The unit is a short walk to the beach.
The unit does not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundry
facility at the complex.

Two swimming pools (heated in winter), billiard room, weight and
exercise room, hot tub, sauna, gated community, lovely grounds for
strolling--sidewalk all along the intracoastal side, fishing dock.

Also, within walking distance is a library, Winn-Dixie, CVS, book
store, laundermat, ice cream store, several restaurants, clothing
stores, and post office.

There is a recreation center across the street with ball fields,
tennis courts, basketball court, and kids' playground. Also, nearby
is miniature golf. Five minutes south on Gulf Boulevard will take
you to John's Pass Village which has many restaurants and shops and
boat tours of all kinds. Don't want to walk or drive your car?
Take the trolley bus! And Disney is about 90 minutes away, and
Busch Gardens is about 50 minutes away. Tampa International is 45
minutes away, and St Petersburg Airport is about 30 minutes away.

***Monthly rentals take priority over weekly rentals.
Prices include a cleaning fee. Please add 12% sales tax. A $200
security deposit is required prior to rental. All payments must be
in US dollars. Full payment is due one month prior to arrival.
