Vacation Rental Description

The Mayan Palace resorts are 5 Star properties located throughout Mexioc and the Grand mayan is the  
ultimate inluxury and service. A World Class Jack Nicholas golf and beach resort located in the  
Diamond Zone. 
 
Included in the Grand Mayan packae are reduced fees a teh Jack Nicklaus designed golf course located  
on the premises. Also included are the reduced spa prices. 
 
Similar proeprty is availabe in Acapulco, Los Cabos, Mazatlan, Nuvevo vallarta, Puerto penasco,  
Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Maya, and a the other Mayan Resors locations.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All suites feture sitting areas, jacuzzi on balcony, marble bathrooms with jacuzzi, lavish amenties,  
air conditioning, satellite/cable tv, direct phone with voice mail and internet access, electornic  
safe, hair dryer, iron and board. Grand suites includes the kitchen with electri stove,  
refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, blender, kitchen utensels, china and glassware.  
Full hotel and maid service. Daily newspaper.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental is for 7 days. Check in is either Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Grand Master Suite has 2 bedrooms  
and sleeps 6-8. Rate is $1900 per week. 
 
Unit may be split with the Grand Suite containing 1 bedroom, living area with 2 sofabeds and kitchen  
which sleeps 4-6 adults rents for $1200. The Grand Master room (no kitchen) sleeps 2 adults and 2  
children and rents for $950.

    1BR Suite   ..... $1,200 
    2BR Suite   ..... $1,900 
 
Grand Master Room- 1 BR, 2-4 Adults 
Grand Suite- 1BR with kitchen, 4-6

    *Grand Master Suite is a Grand Suite with an adjoining Grand Master Room
