Vacation Rental Description

Break away to Heron Hideaway - only 30 miles from Seattle but it 
feels like another world! (And one with no pesky ferry lines to wait 
in.) Watch herons, eagles, seals and an array of other wildlife from 
the swing on the deck - just steps from the ever-beckoning beach! At 
night light a roaring fire in the pit next to the beach and share a 
bottle of wine or make s'mores while you take in the fabulous sunsets.

Every day is a different experience with amazing sunsets and fabulous 
storms you'll never tire watching. Heron Hideaway is a quiet and 
serene setting that you have to see to truly appreciate. Walk up and 
down the beach, play games, read and just spend time together. 

You can also zip down the I-5 freeway to explore all the excitement 
of Seattle; the Space Needle, Pike Place Market with the flying fish; 
the gorgeous University of Washington campus and other incredible 
sights too numerous to mention. Then, escape back to Heron Hideaway 
and experience Pacific Northwest life at its best. Come share our 
little slice of heaven.

Course is one of the Northwest's premiere golfing jewels. When people 
think of the Northwest they think of towering evergreens. Kayak Point 
is cut right out of the heart of an evergreen forest.

Vacation Rental Rates

Oct 19,2007-May 15, 2007 $175 night-$1000 week
May 16- June 12,2008   $200 night- $1200 week
June 13, 2008- Sept 1, 2008 $1,750 weekly rentals only
Sept 2,2008- Oct 16,2008  $200 night- $1200 week
3% DISCOUNT FOR CASH PAYMENT

Security deposit: $250 returnable within 10 days of completion of 
rental as long as there is no damage or loss
Small pets are welcome with the owner's permission subject to a 
$150.00 pet deposit paid at the time of booking and refundable at the 
conclusion of the rental. 

Cleaning Fee $75-$100
10.2% State Lodging Tax
2 night minimum
Must be 25 year old or older
