lovely studio is located in the Ocean Walk Building - 335 South Ocean
Drive. A unique 1930s Art Deco building that is walking distance from the
South Beach lifestyle you want to experience.

Imagine early morning strolls along Ocean Drive, breakfast in one of
dozens of sidewalk cafes, take a bus tour to Miami's Bayside for an
afternoon of crazy shopping or a stroll along Lincoln Road. Get back
to our lovely studio to relax for a couple of hours before heading
out to Joe's Stone Crab for an out of this world xperience.....calling
it a night? Are you crazy? Not in South Beach! The night just
started...time to hit Washington Avenue, a romantic walk on the
beach, or put on your dancing shoes and do the Macarena for a bit of
latin flavor.

The South Beach nightclubs, restaurants, and high-end stores are
within walking distance. The building is on the east side of Ocean
Drive with direct ocean access. The studio is on the 3rd floor and
does not have ocean view. Pool, barbecue, and jacuzzi are located
between the building and the beach.

Cable tv, A/C, refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster
oven, all cooking utensils, linens, towels, iron, ironing board,
washer and dryer on every floor, pool, and jacuzzi, full size bed,
flat screen TV, beach chairs, DSL internet access, local phone.

***there is no designated parking for this building. Metered parking
is available on Ocean Drive and surrounding streets.

You are staying in the heart of South Beach......on the east side you
will find the Atlantic Ocean, water, beach, sand, sun, and a killer
tan.....head north on Collins Avenue you will find Sunny Isles Beach,
Aventura, the exclusive shops of Bal Harbour.....west over the
intracoastal you go right into Miami - Miami Seaquarium, Calle Ocho,
Vizcaya, Bayside, Key Biscayne.......hop on I-95 and Ft. Lauderdale
is a 15 minute drive, the Sawgrass Mills Mall is 30 minutes, and if
really want to go crazy head south to Key West and in 2 hours you are
at the southern most tip of the U.S. sipping rum runners, eating
awesome seafood, and watching a sunset that you can only imagine.
