Vacation Rental Description

This cute 2 bedroom cottage is located on channel to 
Lake Mitchell with lake access. Cottage includes living room with  
kitchen, dining room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This cozy cottage is 
fully furnished.  Property includes firepit, outdoor 
table and chairs, grill and dock for boat tie up.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer and dryer, Bathroom includes tub/shower, sink and toilet.  
Kitchen includes microwave oven, electric range, and refridgerator 
and dishes and kitchen utensils.  One bedroom includes full size bed 
and dresser, Second bedroom includes queen bed, bunk beds and 
dresser. Bedding included. Living room has futon and full size 
sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept 15 thru May 15
Weekend Rates-$125 per night for a minimum of 2 nights US Dollars  
Check-In Fridays at 2:00pm
Check-Out on Sunday at Noon

Weekly Rates-$550 US Dollars
Check In 2:00 pm 
Check-Out Noon

May 15 thru Sept 15

Weekend Rates $150 per night, 2 night minimum US Dollars
Check-In on Friday at 2pm
Check-Out on Sunday at Noon

Weekly Rates $700 US Dollars
Check-in at 2pm
Check-out at Noon

*There will be a $60 cleaning fee charged on top of weekend/weekly 
rates.

*There will be a $150 refundable security deposit
*There will be a $100 non-refundable reservation deposit is due when 
reservation is made.  This deposit will be applied to rent.  Full 
rent and security deposit is due 1 week prior to arrival date.
