Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful victorian home is in the heart of the historic district. It is in a nice tree lined 
neighborhood block on a brick street. You can walk to Forsyth Park. The home was built in 
1895. It is fully restored with all the best little details. There are 3 very nice bedrooms. Two 
bedrooms have a queen in each and the third bedroom has a full size bed. There is a jacuzzi 
tub in the masterbath. There is a screened in porch upstairs off of the main hall. The kitchen 
is stainless and is nice and big for entertaining. The home is comfortable. I think you will 
enjoy your stay.

3 bedrooms that includes two queen beds and one full bed
There is a TV in each bedroom and also one in the kitchen and one in the library
2 and 1/2 bathrooms (jacuzzi in masterbath)

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates are $350 per night minimun 3 night stay. $1800 per week. There is a $250 deposit 
to hold your dates at time of booking. There is no pet deposit unless your furry family 
member makes some sort of mess. or destroys something. Also, the entire stay is expected 
to be paid before arrival.
