I've been a beach lover for decades and bought this condo after
traveling the world looking for a combination of a fabulous town
coupled with a beach FRONT location. The photos were taken from the
condo so you can see you are on top of the beach and Gulf of Mexico,
with the sounds of waves filling the entire condo. This is a
tranquil setting, finely kept so please keep that in mind when
planning your vacation. I have two preteen children so I can assure
you it is quite child-proof as well.

The condo is set up as a turn-key vacation--everything you need is
there from CD's, DVD's and VHS tapes, beach toys, beach chairs,
beach umbrellas, a fully equipped kitchen, lovely bedding and
linens, fine art and furnishings.

(or just look at them from the lanai), philharmonic, zoo, fishing,
boat rentals, botanical gardens, RESTAURANTS!, Dog racing, Dino Camp,
movie theatres, Imaginarium, libraries, Marinas, planetarium, train-
ride Mystery Theater, Waterpark...BEACHES!, everglades and lots of
protected beach parks and sea life.

(Please go shelling, some of the best in the world, but do not take
any LIVE sea life :)

vacation rental rates

Minimum stay: 2 weeks as per condo rules-Please inquire if last minute booking for one week rentals

December 15-March 31: $315 per night
April 1-May 31: $210 per night
June 1-September 30: $120 per night
October 1-December 14: $210 per night

All is included in the above rates except $500 deposit against
potential damages, 10% total state and local taxes and cleaning fees
which average $100 per total stay and is based on the time it takes
her.
