Vacation Rental Description

    Vacation at our four bedroom, nicely furnished beachfront home.  It's great

for families and small children due to the gradual sandy slope into the crystal

clear water of Higgins Lake.

    We have one and a half baths, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining room.

The main living area has a l2' doorwall, great for viewing the lake and has a

small gas log fireplace.  When not enjoying the beach, you'll enjoy the indoor

porch, outdoor deck or hammock while just relaxing or perhaps getting

started on that summer novel.  Evenings may find you enjoying smores or singing

around the firepit.

    Also available are table games, bikes and yard games.  Other activities close by include

golf, a park with tennis courts, swings, climbing structures, and a basketball hoop.

Walking trails and the Ausable River for canoeing are also close.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, VHS, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, porta-crib,

youth seat, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, fan, picnic table, deck furniture,

hammock, gas grill, firepit, deep & shallow augers for your boat or jet ski, beach toys,

beach chairs & umbrella.  Also board games, Bocce Ball, Croquet and bikes.

Vacation Rental Rates

           First 2 weeks in June and after Labor Day
                           $1800.00 per week
              Last 2 weeks in June thru Labor Day 
                           $2300.00 per week
  
Two week or more rentals will be discounted  (Bring the kids for the summer!)

  Weekend and daily rentals (2 Day Minimum) Fall, Winter & Spring
                               Call for rates

       Cleaning before checkout is part of our contract so our home is left
in the same excellent condition that you'll find it on when you arrive.
                     Cleaning supplies are provided.

    We require a $500.00 reservation/security deposit for weekly rentals,
which is not part of the rent, and will be returned within one week of your
departure after the property is checked.
                 
                  Rental begins at 3:00pm Saturday
           Checkout is 12:00pm the following Saturday
