Evans Family Beachfront in Higgins Lake

• Vacation at our three bedroom, fully furnished beachfront home. It's great
  for families and small children due to the gradual shallow sandy entry into the crystalclear water of Higgins Lake.   The ability to anchor boats right out front is also a plus.
  We have one and a half small baths, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining room.  The main living area has a 12' doorwall, great for viewing the lake and has a small gas log fireplace. When not enjoying the beach, you'll enjoy the indoor porch, outdoor deck or hammock while just relaxing or perhaps getting
  started on that summer novel. Evenings may find you enjoying smores or singing around the firepit.
  Also available are table games, bikes and yard games. Other activities close by include golf, a park with tennis courts, swings, climbing structures, and a basketball hoop.
  Walking trails and the Ausable River for canoeing are also close.

Also board games, Bocce Ball, Croquet and bikes.

First 2 weeks in June and after Labor Day-$1800.00 per week.*
Last 2 weeks in June thru Labor Day - $2300.00 per week.*

TWO week or more rentals will be discounted (Bring the kids for the summer!)
*Leaving our home in the same excellent condition you'll find it when you arrive is part of our contract.  Cleaning supplies are provided.
We require a $500.00 reservation/security deposit for weekly rentals, which is not part of the rent, and will be returned within one week of your departure after the property is checked.
Rental begins at 3:00pm Saturday, checkout is 12:00pm the following Saturday.
