This brand new condominium is located in the trendy new north end of
town between the most beautiful beach in Playa, Coco Beach, and 5th
Avenue, the heart of Playa del Carmen.
Tastefully furnished, this condo has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-
size bed the secound bedroom has two twin beds and a double bed, each with its own private full
bath and large closet space. The condo also includes a half bath off
the living area, washer/dryer, 42” flat screen TV, limited Dish TV channels from the States all in English, DVD
player and one parking space. Also provided are six beach chairs, beach towels,
an umbrella and a rolling cooler for the beach. FREE IN HOUSE WIFI INTERNET.
The kitchen comes complete with microwave,crockpot, coffee maker, toaster,blender, hot and cold water dispenser and
place settings for six. A queen size air mattress is provided to
sleep two extra people. Large windows, sliding glass doors and a
balcony off the master bedroom and one off the living room area
allow a pleasant breeze through this unit. Each room has its own
temperature controlled air conditioner and a ceiling fan. There is also a SAFE at the condo. 4 snorkle mask are provided, beach towels.
Whether you walk one block to the beach, one block to 5th Avenue or
just relax by the ocean view rooftop pool, this condo is the perfect
vacation getaway.There is also a Super Wal-Mart,Mega store and Sam's
Club very close by. Also a on site property manager for all your needs.
