Vacation Rental Description

Great condo located in Demere Landing within walking distance of the 
village, fishing pier, and beaches.  Demere Landing is a beautifully 
landscaped complex with two lakes, palm trees and other decorative 
ornamentals.  The complex is very quite and located off the main 
road.

This new condo is three stories, consisting of 1600 square feet, 
with 
a two car garage located on the lower level.  The second level has a 
very large living area with balcony, dining room and very attractive 
kitchen with new and modern appliances.  The third level has a very 
large master bedroom, sitting area with queen sleeper sofa, queen 
bed, private full bathroom with walk in closet.  There are two 
other bedrooms on the third level with queen beds and they share a 
bathroom.  The washer and dryer is located on the third level 
to accommodate your cleaning needs.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The living room is decorated with sofa/love seat combination, chairs 
and 
second seating area for coffee, tea or just snacks when you don't 
care to watch TV.  The living room has a 35" color TV and 
DVD/VCR player that is remote control.  Balcony off the living room 
to enjoy those pleasant mornings and evening of St. Simons Island.  
Window coverings throughout the condo.  The kitchen is fully 
equipped 
with modern appliances to include dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 
toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and 
silverware.  Dining room table accommodates six for meals and the 
breakfast bar will seat three.  Washer and dryer on the third level 
with 
bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and a queen 
size sofa bed.  The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each.  
All total the condo will sleep eight easy.  The condo also has a 
wonderful pool if you do not care to go to the beach.

Activities and Attractions

St Simon's Island has wonderful shopping and some excellent 
restraunts for both seafood and other delights.  Demere Landing is 
within walking distance of the village, pier and beaches. There are  
many 
great golf courses to test your game.  The Island has many biking, 
walking, and jogging trails throughout and the beach is a great 
place for your morning walks.

Vacation Rental Rates

June-July-August.....$1,400/week...$225/night (3 night minimum)
September thru March.....$1,200/week...$195/night (3 night minimum)
April & May.....$215/night (3 night minimum)
September thru May....monthly rate of $2,500/month
Memorial Day, labor Day, Georgia/Florida weekend rates may be higher 
when not full week and at 3 night mimimum
