room offers comfortable seating for entertaining and watching television on the large screen.  A formal dining 
room with beautiful views of the pool and lagoon.  A separate formal living room offers a private and elegant 
area to entertain more formally.  The guest bedroom wing has 4 bedrooms each with their own private full 
bath.  

The entire second floor is a master suite with beautiful canopy bed.  A separate sitting room for relaxing or 
reading a book opens onto a balcony with beautiful ocean views.  The master bathroom is large and luxurious 
with a separate shower and soaking tub.  

The pool area offers a heated freeform pool with in ground Jacuzzi and beautiful views of the lagoon.  A tiki hut 
with bar area makes it convenient for use while enjoying the outdoors.
