This is a brand new house with 4 private suites. Every suite has a wet bar, fridge, coffee maker, 
and a lanai. In 
each suite there is a large bathroom containing 100+ gallon Jacuzzi tub (for 2 or more), 7x 9 ft. 
stall shower 
with dual shower heads.
There are 2 suites upstairs, and 2 downstairs. Downstairs there is a fully stocked kitchen, washer 
and dryer. 
Upstairs there is a living room area with balcony overlooking the beautiful town of Kilauea. The 
couch in the 
living room has a fold out bed. 
We have a DSL line, 2 surf boards, and a handful of boogie boards which are free to use.
We are located on a quite street on the 2 way coldisak. The neigherhood is kid friendly, and quite. 
Babysitting is also available. 

We are located in Kilauea which is prime location of the island... we are in the north shore & 
minutes away from 
Secret beach, Anini beach, Princeville golf course and minutes from shopping, and numerous outdoor 
activities 
(zip line, surfing, snorkeling). We are close to Hanalei bay and all the beautiful secluted beaches, 
wet and dry 
caves and much much more.... Yet, only 20 minutes away from the town of Kapaa.
