getting in your car to get to the beach.  You are ON the beach with a 180 degree view and the beach  
right out  
your door.  You can't get any closer than this! 
All linens provided, full kitchen with utensils, tools, dishes, etc.  All you need are your  
groceries. 
Fully landscaped and private with your own hot tub, outdoor shower, patio. 
Unit is only 3 yrs. old and always exceptionally clean.  
 
This is the place to create your own special memories.  You won't want to go home!

Winter Rate:  $115 per night 
Summer Rate:  $130 per night 
Winter Special:  Stay two nights and get third night FREE!/Oct. 15th to May 1st(Does not apply to  
holiday weekends). 
$50 one time cleaning fee 
Small pets:  $15 add'l per night (30 lbs. or less)
