Vacation Rental Rates

Year-long lease (SAVE $3,000.00 with a year lease!)=  $1450.00 per month 
(utilities NOT included for year-long)
High Season: January, February, March, April=	      $2300.00 per month
Low Season: May, June, July, August, September =      $1500.00 per month
Mid Season: October, November, December=	      $1600.00 per month

All utilities and clubhouse fees are included in the price of rent.

A security deposit of $1700, cleaning fee, and 50% of the total rental
amount are required at the time of reservation. The remaining rental
balance is due one month prior to your arrival date. If you need to
cancel for any reason after confirming your reservation, your deposit
is non-refundable, unless the unit is re-rented and a $75.00
administration fee will be deducted.
