Welcome to our this six bedroom dream home where you will be
able to relax and enjoy your holiday. It is the perfect retreat,
with woodland and orange groves to explore and view as you relax in
the private  spa after a long day at the Disney Parks.

The alternative is to choose to be entertained by the large screen home cinema while the youngsters may escape to the games
room.
This villa sleeps 14.

GROUND FLOOR

Formal living/dining room; this quiet and comfortable lounge
provides seating and formal dining table seating eight.

Family Room; this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen
and breakfast bar. Has cable TV, with views of pools. Kitchen; the informal breakfast area seats six at the table and four at the breatfast bar. The patio doors lead on to the pool and there is   a bbq foryour use.

Master bedroom with ensuite- with a queen bed , ceiling fan, cable connection ,
34 inch TV, DVD player , Leading on to the en suite bathroom with
vanity unit, bath with shower, over and w.c.

Pool and Spa; the pool area is screened . There are table and chairs.  The custom made pool and the extended deck provide ample space . Spa is perfect for relaxing.

Pool Bathroom; contains vanity unit and w.c.

Games room; Brunskwick pool table,  air hockey, darts.The Xbox has wired and wireless consoles. Playstation 2 has two wired  consoles . There is an electronic games station. Some games and books are provided but the state of them is not guarenteed.  There are also fishing rods for a spot of fishing. Air conditioned.

Master Suite: Four post king size bed. Room overlooks the pool and the woodland. Has Ceiling fan, cable, TV, DVD player, and Phone.
