softener, custom kitchen and a lanai to end all lanais! Fully 
furnished.  Bedrooms are queen, queen, twins and home office.  
Includes Cable, TV, Washer/Dryer in unit. Brand new appliances.

The Coachhome is located in a WCI 24/7 gated adult community Pelican 
Preserve. It has a fabulous water view from the lanai, living room 
and master bedroom. 27 holes of golf, great town center.  The grounds 
feature manicured lawns, greenery, tropical Audubon preserves and 
glimmering lakes.

27 holes of golf, Town Center amenities include an outdoor 
pool, 6 lighted tennis courts, walking trails and nature preserve, 
gourmet restaurant, arts, crafts, ceramic studio, woodworking, cyber 
cafe, full fitness center with loads of classes, indoor track lap and 
fitness pool, movie theater and more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Golf Community 15 minutes from Southwest Regional 
International Airport off I-75 and Colonial Blvd. 20 minutes to 
beach.  Minimal rental 2 months at following rates, longer terms 
are available. 

December 2008, Feb-April 2009:  $3500.00
Jan 2009: $3000.00
May-Nov:  Inquire with Owner

$500 Security Deposit, refundable 7 days after checkout.  11% Florida Tax additional, utilites 
included.  $100 rental application fee.  $100 fee for transfer of 
Town Center amenities.
