your lanai (in season see the whales frolicking) or enjoy the ocean 
view from the pool or putting green. Enjoy the lush and spacious 
tropical grounds of the resort complex, the pool, and the putting 
green, or go exploring to the nearby beaches where you can swim, 
snorkel, or kayak. If you are lucky, you might even spot a rare Monk 
seal sunning on the beach. 

The condo is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable, 
including a California king Stearns and Foster pillow-top bed with 
1000 count linens, granite countertops in the full and fully 
equipped kitchen, high quality bath linens and cookware, designer 
lighting and ceiling fans, 40 inch LCD TV, Sony DVD, beautiful new 
tropical style furniture, binoculars, books, games, CDs, DVDs, iron, 
and ironing board. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Crown molding and tile floors throughout the apartment impart a true 
sense of luxury. All furniture and appliances are brand new and high 
end. Kitchen includes paper goods, fine utensils, blender, 
coffeemaker, toaster, toaster oven, and food processor. You will 
have an unobstructed view of the neighboring island of Lanai over 
the ocean, and will enjoy fabulous sunrises and sunsets. The complex 
includes extremely beautiful grounds, excellent pool, putting green, 
and laundry facilities. 

Activities and Attractions

Molokai offers swimming, hiking, biking, surfing, scuba diving, 
whale watching, boating, snorkeling, kayaking, golf, fishing, 
hunting, horseback riding, and sightseeing. Visit several art 
galleries, a coffee plantation, a macadamia nut farm, and a taro 
farm nearby. Golf is available at very reasonable prices within a 
half hour's drive. Fly or take a mule trip to Father Damien's old 
leper colony. Ride the ferry for a day trip to Maui. Take a whale-
watching boat trip or a fishing charter. Go scuba diving, or take 
surfing lessons. Take a variety of bike rides, horseback rides, and 
hikes. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$110/night, $700/week, $2500/month Add 11.42% Hawaii State tax, $75 
cleaning fee, $150 second Deposit of half the rental amount is 
required to hold the reservation. Balance of rental, tax, cleaning 
fee, and security deposit are due 60 days before arrival. 
Cancellation policy: full refund up to 60 days prior to arrival.
