Gulf side of the island that is ideal for families who want to keep an eye on the children, lounge
or fish by the water, snorkel or venture out in sea kayaks.

This tastefully decorated home has six bedrooms, three baths, a fully equipped granite-topped
kitchen and laundry facilities that will accommodate up to 17 people comfortably. Take your
complimentary golf cart, bikes and sea kayaks out and explore the island's beauty and
charm, or get active at the clubhouse where our guests have access to the swimming pools, basketball
and tennis courts, fitness center, kids' playground, spa, tiki bar and restaurant. Or don't go
anywhere...just relax in the jacuzzi plotting a memorable family bar-b-que with the catch-of-the-day
brought in by those who went fishing on Captain Richie's charter boat.

Plenty of bath and beach towels/linens, comforters, pillows, chaise lounges and beach umbrellas, gas
and charcoal grills, four-person jacuzzi on screened-in deck overlooking the Gulf, A/C, telephone,
TV, VCR, movie videos, DVD player, stereo and CD player, WiFi, golf cart, beach bikes,
sea kayaks and pickup and return to Barnacle Phil's Dock on the island included.

Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, all cooking and eating
utensils, dish and glassware, numerous baking and cooking pots and pans, cutting boards, dish
cloths, dish and dishwasher soap, liquid hand soap, plastic wrap and foil, baggies, coffee filters,
paper towels, some cleaning supplies, and laundry soap.

Boaters and private pilots welcome. Boat dock is available and included with your rental.

Floor plan:

First floor: Three bedrooms with king beds, the fourth bedroom has two twins. Two bathrooms,
lounging area overlooking the Gulf, laundry facilities, screened in deck with four-person jacuzzi
overlooking the Gulf.

Second floor: Kitchen, family room, two bedrooms with queen and king beds, bath and decks.

Fishing, snorkeling, golf cart and/or bike rides along lush and well-trimmed trails, shelling, sea
kayaking, bird and dolphin watching right out front (!), plus use of clubhouse facilities which
includes two heated swimming pools, sauna, hot tubs, fitness center, kids' playground, tiki bar, and
restaurant.

Book a charter on Capt. Richie's boat for a day of sight-seeing or fishing. A must see and do is go
over to Cabbage Key for lunch which is guaranteed to take you back into time....to the days of
Hemingway.
