Horizon South II, located at 17462 Front Beach Road, is a
gated, family-friendly community across the street from the beach
with easy beach access. The complex has many amenities available for
persons of all ages. It contains four swimming pools, a kiddie
pool, a hot tub, two lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, a
basketball goal, horseshoes, lawn bowling, and an eighteen hole mini-
golf course. In addition, there is a recreation room with pool
tables, video games, and exercise equipment. Horizon South II is
located on the quiet, west end of Panama City Beach with the
southernmost condos within approximately 150 yards of the beautiful white sands
of the Emerald Coast. Horizon South has security and provides a
safe, quiet environment for a relaxing vacation.

This one-bedroom condo is located in the middle of the Horizon
South complex. The condo itself is a one-bedroom with one and a half
baths and a large, open, and completely furnished kitchen. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a twin size bunk in the hall.

This condo has newly laid ceramic tile throughout as well as newly painted walls and woodwork.  It also has new faux wood blinds.

There are two televisions and a DVD player. The unit also has a concrete
patio for your enjoyment. There is no phone service except for winter guests.

Horizon South is conveniently located with easy access to all
areas of Panama City Beach via Panama City Beach Parkway. There are
all types of business establishments including grocery stores,
drugstores, and liquor stores within one mile. Just two miles away
is a huge new shopping, entertainment, and restaurant center, Pier Park. It includes a sixteen- theater cinema, several restaurants, three large department stores, as well as many other retail establishemts. Restaurants include the popular Jimmy Buffats's Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild Wings, Back Porch Oyster Bar, just to name a few. For your entertainment there is the world Famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. There are also golf courses, water parks, mini-golf,and novelty stores nearby. Many otherexcellent restaurants are located nearby,some within walking distance.

Winter rentals (Oct-March/April) There is a four month minimum. Guests
also pay any electric bill greater than $50. Price is $868.86. Call
for details. Five month rentals are $840.83 per month.

For rentals three days or less, renters must pay a $60.00 cleaning
fee.

The receipt of damage deposit signifies renter's acceptance of the
