This lovely cottage was beautifully updated and remodeled in June 2007. The designer furnishings, bright open floor plan, modern appliances, and peaceful rear deck combine to make a wonderful vacation escape.  The rear deck overlooks Montecito creek, and is shaded by 200 yr. old sycamore trees.

It is an easy stroll to both Miramar Beach and Hammonds Beach. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach toys, and a beach wagon are available for your use.

Montecito's Coast Village Road is a 2 minute drive away. Downtown Santa Barbara, with its beaches, museums, boating excursions, and other attractions, is about 10 minutes away.
