Casa de Emdeko Oceanfront Condo in Kailua-Kona

Our ocean/garden view condo is just steps from the ocean. Enjoy
sunsets, seasonal whale watching and beautiful views from the 30'
lanai, which is decorated with teak dining furniture and a built in
lounging bed. The spacious interior has a master bedroom suite, with a
king bed,large walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has
a queen bed and there is a full second bathroom adjacent. The fully
equipped kitchen has granite counters. There is also a washer and
dryer. The living room and dining areas are decorated in tropical
patterns and have original artwork.There is air-conditioning and
ceiling fans.

The Casa de Emdeko condo has 2 cable tvs, DVD, VCR, CD and tape
players. There is wireless internet in the lobby. The oceanfront
common areas include: gas BBQ's, dining tables and chairs, tiki
torches, tropical gardens, lounging and party spaces. There is a large
oceanside saltwater pool and an additional freshwater pool and
enclosed sandy beach areas.

The town center of Kailua-Kona is located within walking distance of
the condo, approximately 1.5 miles, with many wonderful restaurants,
shops, services and activities. There, you can participate in a luau,
listen to live music and dance. You can parasail, go on catamaran
snorkling and scuba diving adventures, snorkle in the bay nearby,
boogie board, surf and more. There are two great open air farmer's
markets and craft markets, one within 2 blocks. Further afield you
will find a huge array of activities: several world-class golf
courses, helicopter tours over an active volcano, botanical gardens
and waterfalls, tropical jungles and swim with dolphin programs. There
is also horse back riding over an array of terrains and eco-systems
for all skill levels. There is an endless array of activities for all
ages and interests!
