night weekends MAY be available at $550/night.
Boat Shows (weeks of Oct 7-10, 14-17, 2010) and Holidays ...... $3000/week
Navy Graduation (week of May 17 - May 24, 2010) ....... $4000/week
Monthly Rental other than above ...................... $5000/month.

Final cleaning fee $175.

Renter pays utilities and weekly cleaning service during rentals
one week or longer.
