Year round Rates
$1900.00 a month plus electric bill.
Minimum 1 month stay required

$600.00 Security Deposit upon making of reservation. ($500.00 non
refundable until stay is complete), $100 kept for cleaning upon
departure. Full payment due 60 days prior to stay. If cancellation
occurs within 30 days of stay all monies will be retained and you
will have 1 year from the original arrival date to rebook the same
property with a 20% rebooking fee.
