Vacation Rental Description

Newly remodeled 1100 sq ft cabin in the Sun Country Golf Community.  
Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.  Brand new queen bed in master, full or 2 
twins in 2nd bedroom and queen size airbed couch in downstairs family 
room. Flat screen TV, DVD/CD,VCR and stereo. New furniture.  Galley 
kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Washer/dryer 
in mud room. Wood stove set on tile floor. Beautiful new 7 foot 
lighted hot tub on huge wrap around deck.  Covered entry way. Streets 
plowed and snow removal in the winter. RV hook up on property too!

Recreational golf community located 5 miles from Suncadia and Cle 
Elum. 9 hole golf course (soon to be expanded to 18 hole course with 
clubhouse/restaurant to be built in 2008).

Vacation Rental Rates

Year round Rates
$1900.00 a month plus electric bill.
Minimum 1 month stay required

$600.00 Security Deposit upon making of reservation.  ($500.00 non 
refundable until stay is complete), $100 kept for cleaning upon 
departure.  Full payment due 60 days prior to stay.  If cancellation 
occurs within 30 days of stay all monies will be retained and you 
will have 1 year from the original arrival date to rebook the same 
property with a 20% rebooking fee.
