Close to Lake June and private and public dock and also close to Placid Lakes

Small town atmosphere with lovely murals all over the buildings with
charming antique shops. Many lakes for water sports like fishing,
boating, jet skiing. Lake June is 5 mins. away and has 2 public parks and docks available. In the center of the state it is in the center
of everything. You can travel a few hours to Orlando, Naples, Tampa,
Miami or Datona. There's alot to see in Florida. Or just relax in

 Monthly rates $1600 (off) and $1700 (in) paid in full before first day rental.
Includes utilities up to $200. Minimum 3 month rental during Jan-April  . Nonrefundable within 30 days.

Weekly rates $700 paid in full before first day rental.
 Nonrefundable within 7 days. No weekend rentals.
