Vacation Rental Description

Madeira Beach, Florida is just a 90 minute drive from the main 
attraction area of Orlando, and the Pinellas gulf beaches are the 
closest beaches to the Disney area.

Don't miss the fabulous sunsets over the water that you can only see 
from Florida's Gulf Coast.  You truly will see dolphins, sandpipers, 
seagulls, and pelicans every day! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located DIRECTLY on the beach.  We 
are fully equipped and stocked for your vacation to be a home away 
from home -- washer/dryer IN the unit, full kitchen including 
microwave & coffemaker, linens, towels, supplies, etc.  

Our building is fabulous with it's choice-of-environments layout:  
Relax by our courtyard-style pool area with it's 30,000-gallon 
heated pool.  Enjoy our large covered wooden deck with it's picnic 
tables and gas grills.  Enjoy the white sands of Madeira Beach.  Do 
one of the hundreds of things to do in West and Central Florida.  Or 
just relax in your condo and watch the waves, the birds, the people, 
and the dolphins!

Our onsite manager-hosts, Jack and Jacquie, will help you enjoy your 
vacation -- onsite management is something that most vacation condos 
do not offer.

Activities and Attractions

We are within a two hour drive of Disney World, Sea World, MGM 
Studios, Universal Studios, and all of the other numerous Orlando-
area attractions.

We are even closer to such Florida attractions as Busch Gardens, 
Weeki Wachee, Silver Springs, Cypress Gardens, Adventure Island, Bok 
Sanctuary, the Ringling Museums, the Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park 
Zoo, and more!

We are mere MINUTES from historic Johns Pass Village, the Salvador 
Dali museum, Casino and/or Dining and/or Sightseeing cruises, and 
much more -- including MANY great restaurants to choose from.

If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful vacation spot that is 
still close to everything, you have found it!

Vacation Rental Rates

We generally rent from Saturday to Saturday; exceptions might be 
made during the slower seasons.  Here are the price ranges -- please 
call for exact pricing.

Summer: $895/week
Mid-August until Christmas: $695 to $745/week
Christmas week:  $895.00
January:  $895/week
February: $1095/week
March through Easter:  $1395/week
(( Add an $85.00 "departure" fee (cleaning/restocking/admin) and the 
local lodging tax of 12%))

       SIGNIFICANT MULTIPLE WEEK DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE!!

((Except for the high seasons of Mar/April/Jun/July, the multi-week 
discount ranges from 5-10% to our excellent long-term discount:
