Welcome to our Home !
We especially love the location of our house nestled within the natural beauty of the island. We
are a short walk (or you may perfer to bike) to the beach and only 1/2 block from the shared pool
(kiddie pool too!), bath house and magnificent dock complex which over look the Kiawah River. Great
for fishing and crabbing from !

Kiawah Island is an exclusive private Island, located approximately 21 miles from historic
Charleston, South Carolina. The island offers over ten miles of sandy beaches, world-class golfing
on five different courses, and two tennis villages.

This well-kept three bedroom two bath Cottage is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast
eating area, dining area, living room, two colored cable T.V.'s, telephones, central heating/air
conditioning, screened porch with fans, washer and dryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, fireplace, wet
bar, furnished deck and other Home conveniences !
Wireless internet available at several locations on the island.
All linens, bath towels, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, silverware, cookingware are provided along
with starters of paper towels, bath tissue, bath soaps, dishwahing liquid and laundry detergent.
Master bedroom has a King size bed
Guest rooms have two twin beds each

Kiawah Island is known for its natural beauty and extensive wildlife. It offers a multitude of
family activities, some of our favorites being riding bikes on the miles of bikepaths along the
island, kayaking with dolphins on the river, crabbing and fishing from the dock, walking along the
10 mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply
enjoying the island life.

Night Heron Park, located on the island, offers 21 acres of special play area for kids of all ages,
picnic shelter, soccer fields, play ground, basketball courts, lagoons and docks. Many children and
family programs are offered through the Nature Center located at the Park.

Or for more luxury, a new resort hotel, The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island, is now open and features
fine dinning, a luxury spa and elegant shopping.

Whether you want to play golf or tennis or test your fishing and kayaking skills at the Kiawah River
or explore the island by bike or hike the trails or just relax and be on 'island time' ........
there is nothing as magical as a stay at our Cottage on Kiawah Island.
