Located right on the beach less than 20 minutes drive (or taxi) from the airport at Cancun, this condo is brand new with a spectacular view of the ocean from both bedrooms and the master shower.  Located in Palma Real, the newest and trendiest small community in Puerto Morelos a 5-10 minute walk from center square, we are extremely private, tranquil and exclusive.

Contemporary mexican design, marble and mayan tile floors, washer dryer, king size bed in master bedroom with double doors to terrace, built in closets throughout the condo.  Second bedroom has 2 twins or king bed and both bedrooms have ipod ready alarm clock dock. We have wireless speakers for outside or inside that will work with an ipod or cd player DVD/CD player and flat panel TV 

Split A/C in both bedrooms and in living room, and a great ocean breeze most of the time .

Opening groceries can be purchased in advance, we can also collect you and drop you back to cancun Airport and we can provide a local cell phone for free incoming calls - all at a reasonable rate, just let us know and we'll arrange it.

One side of this condo made up of huge sliding glass doors all with a
beach and ocean and pool view...no seriously....there's nothing like it!

All windows are equipped with privacy shades, but you can certainly
choose to awaken to a beautiful mayan sunrise

Puerto Morelos location offers convenient access to authentic Mexican
cuisine in the many restaurants, as well as a fresh food market, a daily fresh seafood
market, and grocery store.

There are a dozen gourmet restaurants in town, and plenty of taco and drink
places on the beach and around the plaza.

If you desire the excitement of Cancun or Playa Del Carmen, they are
just a short car, bus or cab ride away. After exploring the sites, escape back to rest, quiet
and relaxation at Palma Real where the only sounds you'll hear are the birds and the waves.

The best recommendation we can give you is that we spend several
weeks a year at this oasis!

Secure, private, and peaceful. There are no noisy beaches and loud
music! No need to save a beach chair with a towel! Shaded palapas and lounge chairs on beach and reclining padded chairs by pool.

Condo fully furnished, washer and dryer, fridge freezer, blender,
coffee maker, flat panel TV and dvd player and  tv, iron, 4 burner gas stove and oven, microwave, etc.

King size bed in master, twins or king in second bedroom, full
sleeper sofa in living room if needed. Linens and towels and even beach towels included.  Condo also has a small concealed safe for peace of mind mostly.

Explore the best snorkling in the world on the worlds second largest
reef right out your back door. There's swimming, kayaking, fishing
and scuba close by, and easy arrangements with friendly staff.

Mayan ruins, theme parks, golf and tennis a drive away.

Go to Playa del Carmen and Spend the day at the Blue Parrot Beach Club
Walk the cobblestone alley street (about 10 blocks long of shops and

Take ferry to Cozumel for the morning or afternoon
Last ferry runs from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen at 10:00PM so have
dinner in Cozumel

And most importantly, hang out at the condo pool and hot tub and catch some rays.

Enjoy some shade and a snooze  on our private deck or under the beach palapas, with your drinks and food only a few steps away.

These rates are based on a maximum of 6 people including children

We charge a $700 refundible deposit or there is an insurance available from homeaway for about $40

Bookings are generally saturday to saturday, but we are not tied to that if there is availability

Plan you visit to our oasis, you'll be in the water 30 minutes after you leave the airport. We can also arrange pick up and drop off at the airport very reasonably. We can also arrange to have your fridge stocked when you get there just ask for more info.
