Nightly $125.00

Security deposit of $725.00 for one month or more is required within 10 days of reservation with
the signed rental agreement.(The security deposit is refunded 10 days after satisfactory
departure.)

Monthly rentals include up to $100.00 in electricity per month.

Cleaning fee: $100.00
