Just a short distance from the Michigan-Indiana border. Shavehead lake is located a short distance
from US Highway 12.
18 miles North of Elkhart, In., and 8 miles north of Indiana

Our home is 8 years old has 3 full bedrooms, 3
full baths, and
loft with (2) queen Futon's to accomodate 10 adults comfortably
2 Bedrooms have queen size beds- master bedroom has king size bed-
with private bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub & screened porch. Wood Burning
fireplace- Fully Air conditioned & Heated - (2) TV's with DVD/VCR's- Cable TV- wireless Internet
Washer & Dryer. Gas grill furnished -Wrap around cedar deck.
All furnishings are new. Full Stainless steel kitchen, complete with Refrigerator,
dishwasher. Gas Stove - Electric built in Oven - Microwave - Fully furnished kitchen -
Home is situated on a 3/4 acre tree lined yard.
Excellent fishing in this spring fed 300 acre lake, fish for blue
gill; crappie; bass and perch. Boat, fish or just sit back and swim
enjoy the peace and quiet and the serenity of Shavehead Lake.
Paddle boat, Canoe and row boat available.
This is a NON-SMOKING residence!
Linens are NOT PROVIDED and will need to be responsibility of the the renters
Life Vests not provided and will need to be PROVIDED BY RENTER- Life Vests required by DNR -
Fishing licenses required for all adults.

Boat Rental available thru local marina.

- 1950.00 per week June thru September - full week rentals Saturday to Saturday - 2013 Rates - includes cleaning fee.

Security Deposit $ 400.00 required when booking. Security deposit will not be used towards rental- this is a seperate deposit.
