No doubt this is where you’ll spend most of your time. The patio chairs on the covered 150sq.ft DECK will beckon you to sip a cocktail whilst watching and listening to the magnificent ocean and keeping cool from ocean breezes or taking in the tropical plants in the garden. You will probably enjoy eating out here and lounging on the comfortable chaise lounge which has a cushion and adjustable back.

Last but not least, should you wish to laze at home and sunbathe, we provide you with a couple of chaise lounges on the roof deck which has by far the best view in the house and is a great place to snap a few pictures to take home with you. So quiet and relaxing.

Located steps to the world famous Crane Beach, a10 minute drive to Grantley Adams International Airport and a half hour drive to the capital Bridgetown, Mermaid Villa Apartments is close to all amenities but offers peace and quiet. Six Roads Supermarket is a 10 minute drive. Crane Hotel and Cutters are among your neighbourhood restaurants. Try the local eatery Fish Fry on the weekends or shop for fruits and vegetables at many nearby vendors.

BEDROOM RENTAL POLICY

We rent this 3 bedroom apartment as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom and the rate varies accordingly. If it is rented as a l or 2 bedroom, the other bedrooms are not available.  It is only rented to one party at a time.
