The MARYROSE HOUSE is the American Classic Home. 4500 sq ft of luxury, the MARYROSE HOUSE is located
in a desirable upscale neighborhood and sits at the end of a peaceful quiet Cul de Sac. The home is
centrally located with easy access and blocks away to downtown Puyallup. In Puyallup you will find
the Western Washington Fairgrounds, Saturday market (seasonal), antique stores, restaurants etc. If
you feel energetic, leave your car, walk to town, and enjoy all of what the year round fairgrounds
have to offer. Take the nearby train into Seattle and visit Pike Street Market, Space Needle,
shopping, sporting events and fantastic restaurants. Return in the evening and relax on the front
porch swing or enjoy a game of croquet
/badminton in our large backyard. Spoil yourself with a glass of wine and visit with your family
around the outdoor fire pit. The parameter of the back yard is surrounded with fruit trees, flowers
and vegetation creating complete privacy and seclusion. All of this plus the added benefit of a
private and safe neighborhood that gives you the feeling of country living. The entire home has 6
bedrooms, 4 full baths, 1 half bath, living room, fireplace/library room,
formal dining room, great room (big screen TV and baby grand piano), 2 fully stocked kitchens, 2
separate staircases leading up to bedrooms, mud room and laundry room. The first things you will
notice upon entry are the beautiful hardwood floors in the formal living room and Italian Limestone
throughout the fireside room and kitchen. Relax in our rich leather sofa or chair while watching
your favorite show on the 64-inch big screen or play a tune on the 1898 baby grand piano. We only
use the highest-grade mattresses and down pillows with 500-1000 ct linens provided. In most cases,
we personally iron your sheets. Absolute comfort and quality is a priority to us and provided to
you! The master bedroom has a brand new temperpedic bed. All laundry products are provided as well
as a fully stocked kitchen. All of the staples that you would find in your own kitchen such as
sugar, flour, cooking oils. Why would anyone want to stay in a small one-room hotel when you could
stay in a beautiful spacious home? We even have maid service available (ask about this extra
service).
OPTION TWO: Originally, the home was approximate 3000sq ft. The original owners built a 1500 square
foot addition to accommodate "the in-laws". Built in an L shape, the main house and in-law home are
connected by a shared laundry room with a private entrance on each side affording each dwelling
complete privacy. The only common wall runs along the upstairs hallway. When the adjoining doors
are locked (similar to a hotel with adjoining rooms), the home becomes two units-the main house
(ROSE HOUSE and/or the in-law home MARY HOUSE each sharing the common laundry room. This is the
perfect home to rent for weddings guests or family reunions when a measure of separation and privacy
are desired.

We want to provide all the extras you will not find in a hotel and cater to your needs beyond
any other vacation rental.

answer-we are here to help and serve you.

We are a Smoke Free Home!
• Fully stocked kitchen with Le Creuset, Heinkle knives and you will find everything that
you
left behind in your kitchen. If we do not have it, we will purchase it for your use (within reason)
• No need to buy a jar of mayo just to make a sandwich. We leave you with all the essentials
i.e. olive oil, vinegars, ketchup, mustard, syrups, flour, sugar, spices...and to get you started
we
leave coffee, eggs, butter ect.
• Forget Me Not box full of extras (toothbrush, shampoo, hairdryer,) just in case you forgot!
• Big screen TV as well as three other TVs and we have a DVR (recording)
Comcast with Movie Channel and On Demand we offer one free movie rental with your stay.
• We have Comcast wireless high-speed internet.
• Laundry Soap, Non-chlorine whitener, fabric softener are provided at no extra cost.
• In addition to table games, small library of books, CDs, DVDs upon your request, we can
provide a video game system for your use.
