Vacation Rental Description

This is a 3000 square foot home with lots of room to sprawl.  There 
is a large deck with a BBQ for outdoor entertaining. 
There is a big screen TV in the living room, a TV in the bonus room 
and a TV in the master which has a king bed.  All other bedrooms 
have queens. Wireless internet and free long distance.
Located one mile from the Old Mill District, where all the activity 
is-shops, bars, restaurants, river and theater. 

Activities and Attractions

Float the river with the air matresses or raft in the garage.  There 
are also bikes for your use and coolers to take to enjoy the 
outdoors. Bring your golf clubs, or feel free to use the ones in the 
garage.   Walk to the theater, restaurants, and shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

$175/ night or $1050/ week.  $150 cleaning.
Credit cards accepted.
1/2 down required to reserve the house and the balance due 15 days 
before arrival.
