Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 2-story mountain home, on the side of the lake (within 3 
minutes walking distance to lake and/or beach area) with Beautiful 
Views and Walking Trails along the lake. (One house in front of us and 
lake is next).  
Very clean & comfortable with lots of amenities.    
 
Walking distance to lake, private beach (3 minutes), ALL shops and village 
amenities in Lake Arrowhead Village (10 minutes walking) and Blue Jay. 
Minutes from local grocery for your needs.  Come enjoy the mountain 
fresh air, tranquility of the mountains, beautiful scenery and relax 
with the laid back lifestyle. You may even experience some of the 
wildlife such 
as squirrels and blue jays in the area.  
 
This is our home, so we take great pride and joy in having it nice and 
clean for all of our guests.  We want you to have a enjoyable time, 
just like we do. To us, it's close to the city, but we feel like it is  
so far away in another world.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Porch over-looking the beautiful mountain and lake.  Full kitchen (all 
appliances), Linens provided, Queen size bed in Master Bedroom, Full 
size beds in other rooms, Big Screen TV, DVD, & Digital Cable in 
living room and Master Bedroom and all the little touches of a home.   
BEACH PASS - to access any beach area in Lake Arrowhead.  We are about 3  
minutes walking distance from one of the private beaches.

Activities and Attractions

Walk along the lake trail to enjoy the beautiful lake, beaches and 
mountain views.  Minutes from winter skiing and/or summer water 
skiing.  Additional activities: hiking, biking, golf, fishing, 
wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, museums, 
sightseeing, swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing, ice skating 
(Ice Castle International Training Center), etc., etc.  20-30 minutes 
from Big Bear.  See Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce website for 
more info on activities throughout the area. About 45 minutes from 
Ontario Airport. 
 
Activities  going on at the Lake Arrowhead Village during September 
and October:  
 
OKTOBERFEST in Lake Arrowhead Village:  The largest FREE Oktoberfest 
in Southern California. It’s a grand celebration starting at noon and 
ending at 5:00 p.m.  There will be German beer and food to enjoy. 
 
October 31, 2008 (HALLOWEEN):  Enjoy a concert night with No Duh.  
This free concert and costume party will be held at Center Stage 
starting at 5:30 p.m.

I wanted to write you to thank you for the great weekend we spent in 
your cabin at Lake Arrowhead.  Having never rented a cabin before, I 
was extremely nervous about what we would be getting for our money.  
But I must say, our family was extremely impressed by the 
accommodations your cabin provides.  It is absolutely charming, 
spacious (even for a big family like mine), comfortable, impeccably 
clean, and conveniently accessible to many amenities.  We enjoyed 
being able to wake up early, walk to the lake, and fish all morning.  
We enjoyed breathing the fresh air and admiring the mountain and lake 
views during our walks to Lake Arrowhead Village.  We had a blast 
playing Monopoly and ‘vegged’ in your big sofas while we watched 
movies during night.  We had so much fun during our mini vacation at 
your cabin.  Thank you so very much and hope to do it again real soon!

Non-Holiday daily rates (2 nights minimum)): 
-  Sunday-Thursday -- $175.00 per day 
-  Friday & Saturday -- $225.00 per day 
(2 night minimum) 
 
FALL "SPECIAL" - 10% DISCOUNT 
 
Holiday rates vary – 3 nights minimum.  Please inquire for rates. 
 
Rent for the full week (7 days) and daily rate for all 7 days is: 
$150.00 per day (Inc. weekends). 
 
Rent for the full month (30 days):$90.00/day
