Vacation Rental Description

This Nordic Inn 3 bedroom, multilevel condo is located directly  
across from and facing Loon Mountain South. It is approximately 1800  
square feet of luxurious living space furnished to accommodate  
virtually anyone, any season. It has 3 KING size beds, 2 twin beds  
and two "entertainment" rooms. The large loft also provides a walk- 
in sized closet full of toys and ideal for little children. It is  
fully applianced and utensiled, with air conditioning, ceiling fans,  
gas fireplace 4 televisions (including 42in Plasma), 2 DVD players  
and a Karaoke system. It is ideal for up to 8 people and perfect for  
two families vacationing together. Enjoy mountain views from all  
three bedrooms.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenites include fully applianced kitchen, full-sized  
refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,  
dishwasher,iron and board, 3 full sized bathrooms with toiletries  
and linens, gas fireplace, air conditioning and all kitchenware  
needed to make a home cooked meal.  Service for 8 provided. Onsite  
outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, fitness center,  
video rentals,game room,laundry facility and year round access to  
indoor off-site pool. 
 
This is a smoke-free facility.  No smoking permitted on deck/balcony  
as well.

All rates are subject to 8% New Hampshire state room tax & $100.00  
cleaning fee.  No daily maid service.  A $250.00 security deposit is required.
