We arrived late Sat and were immediately impressed with the house. As luck would have it the hot water heater was not working so no hot water. We called the owner, he apologized and sent someone to the house very quickly to access the problem. A new water heater was installed.
There was 10 adults ranging in age from my elderly parents 93 and 88 to my daughter and her husband in their late 20's. Everyone was accommodated very nicely. We did not feel crowded, the living area was beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to all sit down to eat together. The pool had plenty of chairs and toys and we spent many hours playing and laughing out there.
There is a master bedroom suite with bathroom with king bed and a small bedroom with queen bed on the lower level. Upstairs has a large bedroom with a queen bed and bath next to it at the top of the stairs. On the other side of the stairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a smaller bedroom with a full bed and it has a small loft attached with a twin bed. This set up would be great for parents with children, since you have to go through the small that side of the stairs you have to go through the small bedroom to get to the bathroom, or the small bedroom has to go through the larger one to go downstairs. But, we were able to work with it just fine.
The owner has stocked the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and pool with everything you could need.
The pool is landscaped is such a way that it has total privacy and is just a little piece of heaven. We would go back in a heartbeat.
