Spacious, Private Contemporary - Great House to Share in Charlestown

Our bright, sunny contemporary is arranged on two levels plus a
basement. Each level has a living room, bathroom, kitchen facilities,
and two bedrooms (a master bedroom on each level).

This four bedroom, two bath home is located on a private, flat acre.
The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen has lots of counter space, a Jenn-
Aire stove, microwave, and dishwasher and full refrigerator with an
ice-maker. The downstairs level has its own kitchenette with a
microwave, coffeemaker, undercounter refrigerator, and toaster oven.
The basement has bikes for your use (bring your own helmets) and a
Ping-Pong table. There is an outdoor shower.

Beds include two queen-size, four twins, and one queen-size sleeper
sofa.

Beach parking pass is for two town ocean beaches - Charlestown Beach
(half mile from house) and Blue Shutters. Many different water
sports, golf, and other activities nearby. Newport, Watch Hill,
Mystic Seaport, Foxwoods, and Block Island ferry are each about a 25-
minute drive.
